We act as a “data processor” of such information and process it only on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

6. SMS Messaging Policy

By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Local Link Business Solutions LLC, which may include:

Appointment reminders, service notifications, or account updates.

Marketing or promotional messages (if you have opted in separately to receive them).

Message frequency may vary depending on your use of the Services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, designs, trademarks, and content) are owned by Local Link Business Solutions LLC or our licensors. You may not:

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Link Business Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
